Job description

Main Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, advisors, planners, and members of our trading, investment management, and compliance teams;

• Maintain a meaningful ongoing understanding of the client's financial lives through a combination of digital and remote interactive mediums, updating our CRM-based KYC information, and working with supervising ARs to determine the impact of significant changes and life events on clients’ investment strategies;

• Respond to client inquiries/requests which require analytical detail and knowledge of investment products and the investment industry;

• Ensure the clients’ financial planning advisors understand the investment strategies, and as needed meet with advisors and clients to facilitate the integration of the financial planning and investment strategy goals;

• As needed, discuss the economy, market conditions, and portfolio performance with advisors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bare minimum: CSC, or willingness to complete the CSC.

• CIM, CFA, and CFP are all assets.

• Ideally being able to bring 10 to 20M.

• Good at maintaining relationships.

Conditions:

• Grid wise: commission based only: 35-40%

• Salary plus commission: Starting 120 000$ plus bonuses quarterly, based on assets managed.

• Salary start, potential equity after a time, and the potential for succession.

• Hybrid
